Author Guidelines

The text of the manuscript is written in Indonesian or English. The manuscript will be reviewed first by the editorial board. The main text of the manuscript must meet the following requirements: a) Using MS Word, typed on A4 paper (Width: 21 cm, Height: 29.7 cm), Margins (Top: 2.39 cm, Left: 2.39 cm, Bottom: 2.39 cm, Right: 2.39 cm), Arial Font; b) Use only English as the language or Indonesian; c) Indentation or spacing between all paragraphs; d) The article must follow the writing style and template of the journal; e). The length of the article is at least 4,000-7,000 words. The manuscript must be arranged in the following order (start a new section on a new page). Manuscripts submitted that are accepted for publication or published elsewhere are not acceptable and will not be published by Panawidya. Manuscripts sent to Panawidya must be free from plagiarism and self-plagiarism.

General Formatting Guidelines

Title

The title of the manuscript must be written at the top of the first page with a center line of text alignment. The title contains variables that indicate the contents of the manuscript. The title must be clear, concise, and informative. The title is written in Calibri 14 Bold, with a maximum of 14 words.

Author's Name

The name must be written in full without academic titles, accompanied by affiliation, country and email address. Corresponding authors must include their name, affiliation, country and email address, and are responsible for communicating with the editor. The maximum number of authors in 1 article is 5 authors; more than that, we will reject it.

Abstract

The abstract is written in Indonesian and English, Arial Narrow Font, size 10, Spacing 1.15, spacing 0. The abstract contains 150-250 words, consists of only 1 paragraph, and contains the main points of the activity, such as the background of the activity, objectives, implementation methods, discussion of the activity and conclusions. The abstract is written on a different page from the contents of the article. Keywords consist of 3-5 words that are the core of the study arranged alphabetically. In addition, it must be separated by a semicolon (;) for a maximum of three to six words.

Introduction

The introduction contains the background or problems faced by the partner or the needs of the partner, then continued with the objectives that will answer the needs or challenges of the partner and there is a review of similar studies related to or similar to this community service activity. The writing in the introduction is described in several paragraphs. The introduction is about 20% of the entire article writing. The font used is Arial Narrow 12 pts. with a spacing of 1.5 (before and after settings 0). The distance between chapters is given 1 space)

Implementation Method

The method must include an explanation of the steps to carry out community service that are in accordance with the needs of the community or partners. The method can refer to similar services. Writing in the method section is made with paragraphs with a proportion of about 10-15% of the entire article. The font uses Times Arial Narrow 12, left-right alignment, 1.5 spacing. Please explain the method briefly and explain in detail.

Results and Discussion

The results and discussion describe a series of activities, presentations, descriptions of activities related to the problems experienced by partners. The discussion contains the meaning of the results and compares them with theories and/or research results/results of other relevant community service activities. The length of the presentation of results and discussion is 60% of the total length of the article. The results of community service can be supplemented with tables, graphs (pictures), and/or charts. Conclusion

This section contains the achievements of community service activities related to the objectives and targets of the activity in the form of a summary of the results of the discussion and the impact of the activity. The conclusion is presented in paragraph form. The conclusion is written in Arial Narrow 12 pts font, 1.5 spacing.

Acknowledgements

Acknowledgements should only be given to those who have made substantial contributions to the service. The author is responsible for obtaining written permission from the named person if the reader concludes their support for the service.

AUTHOR CONTRIBUTIONS

For community service articles written with multiple authors, the contribution of each author must be included. The following statement should be used “Conceptualization, X.X. and Y.Y.; Methodology, X.X.; Software, X.X.; Validation, X.X., Y.Y. and Z.Z.; Formal analysis, X.X.; Investigation, X.X.; Resources, X.X.; Data curation, X.X.; Writing – Original Draft Preparation, X.X.; Writing – Review & Editing, X.X.; Visualization, X.X.; Supervision, X.X.; Project Administration, X.X.; Funding Acquisition, Y.Y.”.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST

Authors should identify and declare any personal circumstances or interests that might be perceived to influence the representation or interpretation of the reported results. If no conflict of interest exists, please state, “The author declares no conflict of interest.” Any role of the funding sponsor in the selection of the research project, in the design of the study, in the collection, analysis, or interpretation of data, in the writing of the manuscript, or in the decision to publish the results should be disclosed in this section.
