Perubahan Sosial Masyarakat Jambi Seberang Terhadap Pengaruh Modernisasi (2016-2022)

Abstrak

This research uses historical methods, namely a chronological analysis of the historical development of the Jambi Opposite community from the past to the present, with a focus on social changes that have occurred over time. By using historical methods using heuristics, collecting from various existing data sources. The background of this research is, starting from the existence of modernization that continues to exist throughout time which influences the people of Jambi Oppo in all aspects that change and face new challenges that can change the values, social norms and structure of daily life of the people of Jambi Oppo. The results of this research show that since modernization, Jambi Opposite society has experienced significant socio-cultural changes as a result of the influence of modernization and has shown various kinds of changes in various aspects of daily life. Technological, modern developments and economic growth have changed the way people across Jambi interact, work and celebrate their local culture. In conclusion, this study highlights significant changes in the social culture of the people of Jambi Opposite as a result of the influence of modernization. Even though they are faced with challenges, the people of Jambi Opposite have also demonstrated the ability to combine new elements with their cultural heritage, creating a unique identity in this era of globalization
