Abstrak

Street photography is one of the various genres found in photography. In practice, the space explored is open space, namely everyday life. Street photography itself is defined as photography that captures various dynamics of varied life. The relationship between this photography genre has similarities with other photography genres, namely photojournalism, because it displays works that occur in life but there are conflicts that make the photo have emotions and dramatic. However, unlike photojournalism which gives expression in its photos, street photography has different techniques and rules in taking pictures. There are various things that need to be considered in making street photography works. The method carried out in this writing is qualitative, collecting data using journals and other media. In this writing, it is expected to help readers in understanding in terms of views and practices.
